LNC Productions — Brand Identity & Design System
LNC Productions is a global creative production studio working across branding, digital content, and client campaigns for international brands. As the studio scaled, its visual identity needed to evolve into a more cohesive and flexible system capable of supporting high-volume output across multiple teams and formats.
I led a full brand refresh focused on unifying the identity, improving scalability, and building a structured design system that could be applied consistently across digital, presentation, and social platforms.

Scope of Work
The Challenge
The existing identity lacked consistency across touchpoints and was not designed for multi-channel production. As a result, brand expression varied significantly between presentations, social media, internal documents, and web assets.
The challenge was to evolve the identity into a unified system that could:
Scale across multiple teams and countries
Maintain consistency under high production volume
Support both client-facing and internal communication
Remain flexible for different content types and formats

The Approach
Rather than treating this as a surface-level visual refresh, I approached the project as a fully integrated brand system, designed to function across identity, content, and communication environments.
The system was built across six core pillars:
1/ Identity Foundation
Refinement of the logo to improve clarity, scalability, and digital performance while preserving brand recognition.




2/ Typography System
A structured typographic hierarchy designed to ensure consistency across editorial, digital, and presentation formats.


3/ Colour, Shape & Pattern System
A defined visual language built around a cohesive colour palette, geometric shape logic, and repeatable pattern structures. These elements were designed to provide consistency while allowing flexibility across different brand applications.





4/ Illustration & Visual World
A unified illustration system covering both spot illustrations and character design, supported by environmental and scenery elements. This created a flexible visual world that could adapt across storytelling, marketing, and digital content.















5/ Brand Applications & Collateral System
A comprehensive suite of production-ready assets including:
Stationery and brand collateral
Google Slides presentation systems
Proposal and pitch deck templates
Email signatures
Social media templates and campaign formats
All assets were designed to ensure consistency across high-volume production workflows.






6. Digital & Web Experience
Extension of the brand into a fully responsive digital experience, ensuring consistency across web and UI touchpoints.
This included:
Wireframing and user flow development
Low- and high-fidelity UI design
Responsive design across devices
Target audience research to inform structure and content hierarchy
Close collaboration with developers to ensure accurate implementation and design integrity
The result is a cohesive digital experience that aligns with the brand system while supporting usability, performance, and scalability.
